Problem: The Division of Human Capital needed a way to not only communicate important information with non-school based employees but also give them a platform for sharing their teams’ stories.
Role: As Project Lead, I led the entire publication process for each edition—from submission gathering to final review—partnering with article submitters across the organization and an internal communications team.
Aside from managing the publication timeline for each edition, I:
Solution: 7,000 employees received Inside Central 10 times per year, with each edition averaging 8 pages of original content and 2,000 unique clicks.
