Problem: A medical office originally specializing in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) added a cosmetic division and needed to create and maintain an engaging eNewsletter to inform current and prospective patients of available services.

Solution: Cosmetic division patients received 3 unique, informative communications per month. 10 of 20 attendees of a SculpSure special event booked directly through the e-newsletter. For the first time, a birthday card to a patient resulted in a direct booking of a cosmetic treatment.
